Who can attend: Foreign residents who either live or work in Ichinoseki and citizens who have an interest in supporting foreign residents during times of crisis.
Attendance fee: Free

①Learn what to do when a disaster happens
②Experience what an earthquake feels like and learn how to use a fire extinguisher
③Learn how to escape from a fire with smoke
